WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible once your order is placed & paid successfully. Actual delivery time may vary due to items, shipping methods, and other factors beyond our control. Each of our products has a specific availability and production time for personalized items. We will be sure to ship orders out within these time frames that are listed on each product page.

For your convenience, we are happy to ship our products to every place in the world with Internationally.
FREE SHIPPING AND REGISTERED SHIPPING?
We sourced our products directly from supplier, thus we can cut costs and provide you with free shipping. However, this saving comes with trade-off. With free shipping service, the orders may take longer time to arrive since the the manufacturer determines the shipping method. However, you will be given an option to use registered shipping, which can delivered faster to your shipping address at added cost.
WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?
If you ordered multiple items from multiple suppliers, they will be dispatched separately, and most probably arrive separately, but rest assured, they are on their way!
WHERE’S MY ORDER?
After your order is fulfilled, we will send an email to you with a shipping tracking number. If you opt for the registered shipping method, you can track it from supplier to your home country. However, for the free shipping method, you can only track the item until it leaves the manufacturer’s home country. Most of the cases, the item will reach your shipping address within three weeks. However, there are rare case when the item reach customer after more than 30 days. If this happens, please contact us and we will investigate your order.
YOU SEND ME WRONG ITEM! HOW DO I RETURN/GET A REFUND/REORDER?
We rarely send wrong package, but mistake happens sometimes. Please reach out to our e-mail address, and we will resolve your order as soon as we can.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses but expedited shipping is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
  • Verify the shipping address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival
  • If your order is 36 hours passed the expected delivery date, then you will want to file a missing package claim with the shipping carrier and contact us with the claim number.
